By using RunCLI (runcli.ai), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

RunCLI provides AI-powered online tools accessible via web browser and API. Tools include real-time translation, document processing, and more.

• New accounts receive 50 free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe ($1 = 100 credits).
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Credits do not expire.
• Failed jobs are not charged.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Reverse engineer our tools or infrastructure
• Upload malicious files or content

You retain ownership of your input and output data. We do not claim rights to content you process through our tools.

RunCLI is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for translation accuracy, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
